Use:Polyacrylamide is an important water-soluble polymer, and has many valuable properties, such as flocculation, thickening, shear resistance, resistance reduction and dispersion. These properties vary with the ion of the derivative. Therefore, it is widely used in oil production, mineral processing, coal washing, metallurgy, chemical industry, paper making, textile, sugar making, medicine, environmental protection, building materials, agricultural production and other departments.
Safety Description:S24/25 - Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Raw Materials:Acrylonitrile
Acrylamide
The AM aqueous solution and the cationic monomer were first poured into a dosing tank in proportion, and desalted water was added to the desired concentration. Then, the prepared solution was put into a reaction vessel, a polymerization additive was added, an initiator was added under the protection of nitrogen, and the polymerization was sealed for several hours to obtain a colloidal polymer. The polymer is cut and broken, and the broken small rubber block is dried and crushed to obtain the final product.
Polyacrylamide (PAM) is mainly used as pulp agent, filter agent, Derbyk mud agent, suspension agent, etc. in the paper industry, and has the following applications:
1. As a pulp agent: PAM can improve the texture and mechanical strength of fibers, increase the dry and wet strength of pulp, and improve the gloss and printing quality of paper.
2. As a filter agent: PAM can absorb suspended solids and impurities in water, purify water quality and improve filtration efficiency.
3. As a Derbyk mud agent: PAM can form a complex with the colloid in Derbyk mud to increase the degree of cohesion and film strength of the mud, and improve the tensile strength and water resistance of Derbyk mud.
4. As a suspension agent: PAM can stabilize the suspension, prevent sedimentation, increase the viscosity of the suspension, and promote the settlement or buoyancy of particles.
The application of polyacrylamide in mineral processing industry includes the following aspects:
1. Mine wastewater treatment: Polyacrylamide can be used for flocculation, sedimentation and filtration operations in wastewater flotation, tailings filtration and other treatment processes, thereby improving the efficiency of wastewater treatment.
2. Mine slurry treatment: Adding polyacrylamide can reduce the surface tension and viscosity of the slurry, thereby improving the transmission and processing efficiency of the slurry, while maintaining the stability of the slurry.
3. In the desliming process: polyacrylamide can be used as a desliming agent to separate the soil and water and improve the efficiency of the desliming process.
4. Mineral surface modification: Polyacrylamide can form a hydrophilic physical and chemical combination with the mineral surface, thereby improving the efficiency of fine mineral flotation.
5. Mineral flotation foam improvement: polyacrylamide can be used as a foam agent to improve the foam effect of mineral flotation, thereby improving flotation efficiency and grade.
